third album by canadian r&b singer tamia, released april 6, 2004 through elektra records. originally titled still and scheduled for august 2003, elektra bumped the release after tamia's multiple sclerosis diagnosis forced treatment, and she arranged additional sessions with poke & tone, spanador, and r. kelly to revamp the album before its 2004 arrival. a month before release, elektra chairman sylvia rhone was fired as warner music cut 1,000 jobs, and tamia left elektra to form her own label plus one music group for her next project.
